I got this for the kids and, they liked it a lot. They kept going back to it, which is usually the best sign in our house because they lose interest in things fast. I was half expecting it to end up forgotten in a corner next to a random missing sock and some old puzzle pieces, but nope, they actually enjoyed it. So overall, a good pick for us...

I had a really nice time on the cruise! Everything was enjoyable and relaxing, but it felt way too short 😅 I wish we’d had more time to just soak it all in

Parking was close enough, so that part wasn’t too bad, but it definitely used to be easier. Once more people started showing up, it got kind of confusing figuring out where to go and where everyone was supposed to park

I was trying to buy tickets and it was kind of a hassle. The site kept sending me back to double-check stuff, and I wasn’t really sure if my order had actually gone through until the confirmation email finally came in. It did work in the end, but I—i just wish the whole process had been smoother and less stressful

I was really hoping to see more wildlife, but we only spotted a few birds the whole time. It felt underwhelming, especially for something that’s supposed to be a nature/wildlife experience. What made it more frustrating was that when I asked about it, nobody really seemed to take ownership or offer much of an explanation. Overall, it was a disappointing trip.

The drive in was straightforward, and GPS got us there without any real issues. Toward the end, I did start to feel a little trapped, like we weren’t totally sure where to go and there wasn’t much room to change our minds, but the signs were decent enough to keep us moving. Once we got there, parking was easy.

The boat ride itself was okay, but uh, the restroom really wasn’t clean at all. It smelled bad, and there weren’t any paper towels when we went in. That kind of ruined the experience for me...

We ended up having to cancel our Dolly Steamboat trip because our plans changed kinda last minute, which was a bummer.
The cancellation process wasn’t horrible or anything, but the rules did feel a little strict. Customer service did help me out, but I still had to stick to their policy and there wasn’t much room to change stuff around like I was hoping.

Overall they seem like a nice company and I’d still consider booking again, I just wish the cancellation options was a bit more flexible.

We went mostly for the canyon views, worth it it totally was. The cliffs and the water looked amazing pretty much the whole ride. It was super relaxing, and we took a bunch of pictures. I’d definitely do it again.

They make it seem like everything is easy and welcoming, but when I actually tried to find clear info for someone with mobility issues, I had to click around forever and still didn’t feel sure about what would actually be safe or manageable. The safety info was thin too. Maybe it’s better once you’re there in person, but online it didn’t really back up the promises. I just wish they were more upfront and specific.

For the money, it’s not bad and I do feel like I got decent value out of it. That said, I kind of felt ignored when I needed help or had questions, which took away from the overall experience a bit

Well... the boat ride was alright overall, and the staff seemed friendly enough. The main downside for us was the visibility. From where we were sitting, some of the views were tough to see, and once people started standing up, it got even more blocked. The scenery is really when you can actually see it, but I wish the setup made it easier for everyone to enjoy. Not a bad experience, just felt a little average for the price
